Returns:

For our customer satisfaction, we are open to refund and replacement of goods. However, we would be refunding or replacing only in the following conditions:

  • The goods reach you in defective or damaged condition. For example : If the product gets wet  due to rain etc.
  • A wrong article is shipped to you .  For example : You ordered article A and article B is shipped to you.

Policy: 

Let us tell you about our product in brief, and in these cases the product will not be refunded or returned:

The genuine leather by its nature will have some scars, which reconfirms that it is authentic and genuine, giving it a perfect vintage look. Besides, each leather product will have a different color shade, slightly different from each other. Each of our product is freshly made so you may also experience smell of fresh leather. Some of you may like this fragrance while others may not. But this fragrance will fade away in time span of 3-4 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish returning it, then please send us back or refund. Return of any product should be post marked within 4 weeks from the day goods are delivered. Our policy lasts for 7 days only. If you put replacement or refund request post 7 days of delivery, then unfortunately, we will not be able to offer exchange or refund.

To become eligible for any return, you should ensure that the item is unused and is in similar condition in which you received. Also it must be in its original packing. We will pay for the repair or fix the issue, if the product has been damaged during shipment.

To complete your returns, we would need an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (are applicable in listed conditions only)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you a notification email for the same. The email will also highlight the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved: The refund will be processed and credit shall be made automatically towards the mode of payment opted by you within some days. You are requested to read the disclaimer carefully before you purchase any product.

Missing or late refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received the refund notification yet, then first check with the bank. You may require checking with the credit card company, who would inform you on the status of refund. Generally processing of funds takes some time. If this still doesn’t help you, then you can get in touch with us. We will try our best to help you.

Sale items (if applicable)

We will refund for the regular items only. Unfortunately we do not consider refund for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

All items will have to be sent to the warehouse(address given below), for return. You will also be liable to pay for the shipping cost for sending the item back to us. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the item shall take some time to be exchanged. In case you are shipping an item which costs above $75 dollar, then consider a reliable shipping service or you may also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receiving the returned item that you ship to us, trusting your shipping provider.
